Phormium appoints Gizem Demirhan as Customer Service & Supply Chain Executive for Turkey

For more than a decade, Phormium has had a strong customer base in Turkey and the surrounding countries. The woven climate screens from the leading Belgian manufacturer are extremely strong (8-year warranty!) and help growers optimize the climate in the greenhouse; both for heat protection during the summer months and for energy saving in the winter.

In order to offer these markets an even better service, Phormium recently opened a warehouse in Izmir (TR) from which customers can obtain their climate screens even faster and easier. On top of this, Phormium is now taking the next step: the Customer Service team is being expanded with a Turkish member: Gizem Demirhan. Gizem will be the daily point of contact for the local customer base to provide even better and more personal local customer service.

Working closely with Tayyar Erzurumlu (Sales Manager) and building on her previous experiences in high-tech horticulture, Gizem will help expand Phormium's success in the region. She will work from her office in Antalya and is 100% integrated into Phormium's international Customer Service team led by Brigit Brocken.
