Our Diamond screen combines unprecedented transparency for PAR light with the moisture transport and energy-saving properties of traditional transparent energy screens.

PAR-shading

The PAR-shading rate is one of the most important parameters of a transparent energy screen. This is hardly surprising, given that PAR is directly linked to crop yield.

The PAR-shading rates of Diamond are:

  • 23,6% at diffuse lighting (NEN 2675)
  • 15.3% at direct lighting, angle 0° (NEN 2675)
  • 40.1% at direct lighting, angle 75° (NEN 2675)

DryTec™ technology

Our Diamond incorporates DryTec™ technology. DryTec™ has two functions:

  • The technology provides the screen with excellent moisture-transporting properties.
  • Similar to traditional transparent energy saving screens, the moisture transport rate (TransHumid) typically ranges between 20 and 25 g/m²/h.
  • DryTec™ optimizes the PAR-shading degree of the screen in its condensed state. Thanks to DryTec™, Diamond transmits up to 8% more PAR light when condensation is present on the screen.
